787 Coffee in New York City is genuinely one of my favorite discoveries as someone who basically lives between my home office and any and all WFH cafes ha! They're Latin American-owned, the flavors reflect that (they have Dulce de Leche, Horchata, etc flavors), and they let you choose your bean, so every cup feels intentional in a way that most coffee shops just don't.
