    Little Waves / Cocoa Cinnamon is my neighborhood roaster in Durham -- adore this place and their beans. Really liked this one in a latte -- fruity and smooth. Highly recommend making the trip here and getting the churros. :)

    This is the go-to at our house. I love the CC exotic roasts that we get via subscription, but this one is the standard in my book. It's what your every day coffee should taste like.
