    Smooth, not bitter, relatively low acid, well balanced. Creamy medium mouth feel. Aroma in cup, rich black coffee, dark chocolate slightly nutty, sweet. Dark chocolate, almond, stone fruit possibly maraschino cherry non lingering finish.

    Cupping Method:I prefer my coffee HOT with a splash of high quality half and half.

    Smooth, balanced, never bitter. Pleasant medium mouth feel, slight cocoa finish, gingerbread cookie, not lingering. Aroma in cup black coffee, bicycle tires, pleasant.

    Cupping Method:I like my coffee HOT with a splash of high quality half and half.
